Good to know

Do you use AI?

No. Every photo is edited by a person. We may use normal editing tools like Lightroom and Photoshop, but the decisions and the work are done by hand.

How do I send my photos?

Upload them to a Google Drive folder and share it with [email protected], or set it to “Anyone with the link” and paste the link in the form. Large sets are fine.

How is the price decided?

It depends on the number of photos and how much work each one needs. You tell us the requirement, we tell you the price and the delivery date before anything starts.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Once you see the finished work you can ask for changes. Small fixes are included. If you ask for something new that wasn't in the original request, it may cost a little extra, and we always tell you before doing it.

What if you miss the deadline?

You get 100% of your money back. That's our promise.

What if I change my mind halfway?

Stop at any stage. You keep all the work finished so far and don't pay for the rest. With the phase-by-phase plan you only ever pay for finished work.

How do I pay?
